No Perfect People Allowed

At Liberty we'll be the first to tell you that there aren't any perfect people here. We're a group of people brought together by God, some broken, some hurting, some struggling, but all seeking to be more like Jesus every day.

We believe there is liberty found in Christ. Not liberty as the world may know it, to pursue those things contrary to the nature of God. The liberty found in Christ is a liberty to live a life free of fear, trusting in Jesus for all things.
It's also the liberty to ask questions. We aim to be a safe and encouraging place for anyone to ask questions as they explore their faith.

Experience Community.

At Liberty we try to be as not just welcoming, but also as engaging as we can be. We know what it's like to walk through the doors of an unfamiliar church for the first time, and how hard it can be to feel at home in a church full of strangers. We've set out to bring you into our church family by welcoming you and giving you a gift on your first visit with us. Then we hope you will join us in a Starting Point class to learn about Liberty, and possibly become a member. Finally we want to encourage you to join a LifeGroup and fully experience community with other believers.

The Purpose of Every Christian

In Matthew 28:18-20 Jesus spoke these words to His disciples: And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Jesus gives His disciples a very specific purpose for the church. It can be summed up in this statement:

Love God
Love People
Share the Gospel

2 Corinthians 5:17-21

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation. v.20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God. For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Connect \\\ Grow \\\ Serve

At Liberty our goal is to make passionate disciples of Jesus Christ by connecting to Jesus first, and then local believers.

Through these connections we want to help you grow into all God has called you to be.

And with a heart like Christ we begin to give back by serving others.
